Exhibitions

The 2009 BAOMS meeting in Bournemouth is planned to be the biggest meeting yet with an anticipated 500 attendees over the three days of the meeting. In conjunction with the scientific programme we are planning one of our largest oral and maxillofacial medical exhibitions and we hope that your company will be interested in taking an exhibition space.

In addition, on Friday 5 June we will welcome oral and maxillofacial nurses and other professions allied to medicine during a one day meeting.

The timetable for set up, opening times and break down is set out below:

Tuesday 2 June 2009

1600 - 1800 Access for exhibitors to dress stands in the Purbeck Hall

Wednesday 3 June 2009

0800 - 1000 Access for exhibitors to dress stands
1030 - 1700 Stands open for viewing

Thursday 4 June 2009

0830 - 1700 Exhibition open

Friday 5 June 2009

0830 - 1400 Exhibition open
1400 Exhibition finishes

2m x 3m stands cost: £1500
3m x 3m stands cost: £1700
Daytime catering will also be included for up to two members of staff per day for each.

Shell scheme prices to include:

• Two spotlights
• One electrical socket
• A Name facia panel for your company name and stand number

Shell scheme consists of grey polyweave velcro compatible panels all stands will be carpeted. Furniture is not included but can be hired via the official contractor.
