The British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (BAOMS) Annual Scientific meeting will be held at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in London. In conjunction with the scientific programme we are planning a substantial oral and maxillofacial medical exhibition to run alongside the three day programme. There will be the President’s welcome reception in the exhibition hall following the close of sessions on Wednesday 20 June and all day time catering will take place in the exhibition area together with the poster displays

2m x 3m stands cost:            £1950 plus VAT

Daytime catering will also be included for up to two members of staff per day for each stand booked.

Symposium/keynote sponsor:                                     Cost: £1,500 plus VAT
Number of symposia to be confirmed:

  • Logo in programme and symposium/keynote named the ‘Company name’ symposium/keynote
  • Two tickets to the Annual Dinner on Friday 22 June at the Plaza Riverbank Hotel
  • Company brochure placed on seats in the auditorium ahead of the symposium

 

Shell scheme prices to include:  two spotlights, one electrical socket and a

blue name facia panel for your company name and stand number. Shell scheme

consists of grey polyweave velcro compatible panels all stands will be carpeted.

Furniture is not included but can be hired via the official contractor.
