In addition, there will be four Master classes on the mornings of Thursday
21st and Friday 22nd June. These will take place at 0730-0830 in the QE II
Conference Centre. They are limited to 12 participants in each and will
include coffee and a light snack. Please see the online registration form
for further details.

The cost will be £30 for BAOMS members and £40 for non members.

Please note that none of these special rates can be booked on line.

Special rates apply to BAOMS Members who have been granted Student status
during their second degree studies. There are also special rates for BAOMS
Members who are BST/Foundation Trainees and for Retired BAOMS Fellows. SHOs can take up a special 'Early Bird' rate on bookings. But bookings MUST be
received on or before 12 noon (BST) on 14 May 2012.

Late applications cannot be accepted.

For the best rates make sure that you book in good time. Your registration
form and payment MUST be received on or before 12 noon (BST) on 14 May 2012
to qualify for the special rates. Contact BAOMS on office@baoms.org.uk for further details.

Abstract Book

A PDF will be made available approximately 2 weeks before the meeting for
pre-registered delegates. If you would like a hard copy of the abstract
book there will be a charge of £10 per copy. If you require a hard copy
(published by Elsevier) please order when you register for the meeting. A
limited number will be available to purchase at the meeting.

President's Reception: 1800-1900 Benjamin Britten Lounge (exhibition) at
QE2 Conference Centre. All registered delegates and exhibitors welcome -
guests tickets are £15.00.

Thursday 21 June 2012

House of Lords tour 1830-1930: £5.00 per person (must be booked in
conjunction with the Reception)

Reception only: 1930-2100.£30.00 per person to include a tour of the House
of Lords and a drinks reception.

Due to security tickets MUST be booked in advance for this event.

Friday 22 June 2012

Annual Dinner at the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel: - 1930 for 2000

To include pre-dinner drink, three course meal with wine/drinks in the
Thames Suite overlooking the River.

Tickets: £70 per person.
