Exhibitions

The British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (BAOMS) Annual Scientific meeting will be held at Manchester Central in 2010.

In conjunction with the scientific programme we are planning a substantial oral and maxillofacial medical exhibition to run alongside the three day programme. There will be the President’s welcome reception in the exhibition hall following the close of sessions on Wednesday 26 May 2010 and all day time catering will take place in the exhibition hall together with poster displays. We do hope that your company will be interested in taking exhibition space.

1600-1800 Access for exhibitors to dress stands in the Exchange Hall

Wednesday 26 May 2010

0800-1000 Access for exhibitors to dress stands
1030-1700 Stands open for viewing – there will be a President’s welcome reception in the exhibition hall from 1700-1900.

Thursday 27 May 2010

0830-1700 Exhibition open

Friday 28 May 2010

0830–1400 Exhibition open
1400 Exhibition finishes

3m x 3m stands cost: £1750

Daytime catering will also be included for up to two members of staff per day for each.
